These terms and conditions apply to the use of Safari Sports Limited Website and by accessing the Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access the Website.

PRICES
Trade prices quoted are offered under the following conditions:
1. For Schools, Universities, Colleges & Government Bodies (and other approved account holders), the Trade Price represents a settlement discount for payment of our invoice within 21 days. Please note that all oustanding invoices must also have been paid.
2. For other customers payment is required with order.
3. All prices include V.A.T. and Delivery Charges.

PAYMENT TERMS
Orders from non account holders placed on our website require advance payment. Payment may be made by credit card; JCB, Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron or Maestro, through our 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Link).

Orders from Approved Account Holders, i.e. Schools, Colleges, Universities and Local Government Authorities will be accepted using the 'Payment with Invoice option' when checking out. Alternatively, official orders may be sent by post, fax, email or telephone. Payment is required within 30 days of our invoice date.

OVERDUE PAYMENT
Overdue payments may result in an initial charge of £30.00 or 5% of the total outstanding amount, whichever is greater, being charged to the account. Additionally, 5% interest charge will be added to the overdue account every month. The account will also be charged with any further costs involved in collecting and recovering the debt.

RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods shall remain the sole and absolute property of Safari Sports Limited as legal and equitable owner until such time as the intending purchaser has paid to Safari Sports Limited the agreed price together with the full price of any other goods the subject of any other contract with Safari Sports Limited.

DELIVERY TIMES
· Safari Sports Limited aims to dispatch orders within 10 working days with a maximum of 30 days. If any further delay is expected we will notify you. Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery of bulky items such as goal posts, table tennis tables etc.
· It is our policy only to debit your credit/debit card once the goods are in stock and ready for dispatch.

DELIVERY COSTS (CARRIAGE CHARGES)
· A carriage charge of £4.95 will be charged on all orders under £60.00 for deliveries to the U.K. Mainland excluding the Scottish Highlands. For deliveries outside the U.K. Mainland, Scottish Lowlands and all export orders a separate delivery charge will apply. Please call 0845 130 8877 for details.
· Orders are dispatched by post or ‘next working day’ courier service and will require a signature confirming receipt. Weekend or timed deliveries will incur an additional charge and can be arranged by calling 0845 130 8877.
· It is important to ensure that you sign only for the correct number of packages, that they are undamaged, unopened and that the contents are correct. Do not sign for any products unless any shortcomings or defects are annotated on the courier’s delivery note.
· Any damage to goods or shortage must be advised to us and confirmed by email to sales@safarisports.com or in writing within 48 hours of delivery and in the case of non delivery, within ten days of date of invoice, otherwise no liability will be accepted.
· Evidence of dispatch fulfills Safari Sports Limited obligation to deliver the goods. Times or dates for delivery are estimates only and not contractual obligations. No claims for damages in respect of late deliveries will be paid.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
· You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched by writing to our sales department at Safari House, 24 Central Avenue, West Molesey, Surrey, KT8 2QH or by email to sales@safarisports.com.
· Following dispatch from our premises our Returns Policy (see below) will apply.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE (RETURNS POLICY)
· If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods within 7 working days following the day of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods less a handling fee (Where applicable). Where a handling fee is applicable this will be indicated on the website along with the product information.
· Goods must be returned unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Please call our sales office before sending the goods to us.
· Such goods should be suitably packed for shipment and are returned at your risk and expense. We are unable to accept return of special orders, goods made to your specification or goods that have been embroidered, numbered or screen printed.
· Once the goods have been received and inspected by us we will issue any appropriate refund within 30 days.
· Should you fail to return the goods you have a duty to take care of the goods. We will arrange collection of the goods at your expense. The collection will be made within 21 days.

FAULTY GOODS
· Should any product fail in use, in your view due to faulty materials or workmanship, please inform Safari Sports Limited immediately.
· All claims will be subject to fair wear and tear and amount of usage. Safari Sports Limited is only liable for the contract price of the goods subject to complaint. If on inspection any item is found to be faulty Safari Sports Limited will either offer to replace the goods or make an appropriate refund.
· Safari Sports Limited may request that you return the faulty goods. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the goods if they are faulty or defective.
· These terms and conditions do not in any way affect your statutory rights.

SPECIFICATIONS AND ILLUSTRATIONS
· Every effort is taken to ensure that the descriptions and images of products on our website are accurate. However, because of product development and material variations, Safari Sports Limited reserves the right to alter specifications or colour without notice.
