Returns & exchanges

Procedure:

No goods will be accepted back to Safari Sports Limited for credit without prior permission. Safari Sports Limited may ask for photographic images of damaged items for inspection purposes before authorising a return of products. (Please email our sales team to request a return).
All goods returned due to incorrect ordering may be subject to a handling fee (Please call our Sales Team for details). Such goods should be suitably packed and are returned at the risk and expense of the customer. We are unable to accept return of clothing or special orders.
 

Faulty Goods:

Should any product fail in use, in the customer view due to faulty materials or workmanship, please inform Safari Sports Limited immediately. All claims will be subject to fair wear and tear and amount of usage by the customer.
 
Safari Sports Limited is only liable for the contract price of the goods subject to complaint. If on inspection any item is found to be faulty Safari Sports Limited will either offer to replace the goods or refund the payment made.
 
Safari Sports Limited may request to return the faulty goods.
